Technology to cut the costs of photovoltaic plant management
The long-term strategy of our 2021-2030 Business Plan foresees strong growth in generation from renewable sources, also involving substantial investments in photovoltaic production facilities. From this perspective, as a Group, we want to try out solutions able to optimize production and the costs of operation and maintenance (O&M). In partnership with the REIWA ENGINE (https://www.reiwaengine.com/) start-up, we are trialling a technology capable of dry cleaning modules and acquiring know-how in the performance of O&M robots.
REIWA ENGINE is a system integrator that studies, designs and builds versatile customized solutions in the field of robotics, artificial intelligence and industrial equipment. With its cutting-edge dedicated solutions, the start-up seeks to meet each client’s specific needs, producing market-ready automated machinery.
REIWA ENGINE technology makes it possible to reduce water use in the cleaning of photovoltaic modules and thus also consumption of the resources of the Planet.
