The User undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless A2A S.p.A., its directors, employees and collaborators from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the use of the AI Content, including, without limitation, in the event of:

  1. breach of these Terms of Use;
  2. improper, non-compliant or unlawful use of the AI Content;
  3. sharing the AI Content with third parties without carrying out the necessary checks.
