General information

He is Tenured Professor of corporate finance at L. Bocconi University. At SDA Bocconi School of Management he was Dean and is Senior Professor.
He is a founding partner of DGPA & Co S.p.A., a consulting company founded in 1991 and mainly active in the context of extraordinary finance transactions.
He has extensive international experience, both as a lecturer-researcher and as a practitioner. Author of more than a hundred publications, he has been actively involved in M&A, IPOs, restructurings.
He systematically carries out activities in the service of non-profit institutions, such as the Laureus Sports For Good Foundation; Fondazione Umberto Veronesi; Fondazione Ernesto Illy; Fondazione Tender to Nave Italia Onlus; Fondazione Cologni dei Mestieri dell'Arte. He is founder of the REPAiR (Responsible, Patient, Reliable) Finance Research Centre at the SDA Bocconi School of Management.
He finished the New York Marathon 26 times in a row
