Private equity fund dedicated to the energy transition: Advisor in support of a process of due diligence in the sector of energy storage systems. Constant scouting of new investment opportunities.
SMEs active in the Energy Efficiency and Photovoltaic sectors. Investor and advisor in the drawing up of strategic guidelines, in the definition of new business areas for development, preparation of a new BP and long-term investment plan, support in the creation of an external commercial network.
Start-up in the photovoltaic sector. Board member, investor and advisor in the redefinition of a business model, drawing up of a new BP, definition of organizational roles and resource requirements, setting up of the internal team and sales processes, scouting and recruitment of external network of sales agents, definition of agreements with business partners.
Strategic consultancy firm. Role of Energy Senior Industry Expert.
