Milan, 24 November 2022 – The 2023 Financial Calendar of A2A S.p.A. is detailed below:
- 23 February 2023: Board of Directors meeting on the preliminary consolidated results for 2022;
- 16 March 2023: Board of Directors meeting to approve the 2022 draft annual and consolidated financial statements;
- 28 April 2023 (possible second convening on 29 April 2023): Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting to approve the 2022 financial statements;
- 11 May 2023: Board of Directors meeting to approve the financial reporting at 31 March 2023;
- 28 July 2023: Board of Directors meeting to approve the half year financial report at 30 June 2023;
- 14 November 2023: Board of Directors meeting to approve the financial reporting at 30 September 2023.
A dividend relating to the financial year 2022 may be payable from 24 May 2023, with ex-dividend date 22 May 2023 (record date 23 May 2023).
