Milan, 27 November 2023 – The 2024 Financial Calendar of A2A S.p.A. is detailed below:
- 20 February 2024: Board of Directors meeting on the preliminary consolidated results for 2023;
- 15 March 2024: Board of Directors meeting to approve the 2023 draft annual and consolidated financial statements;
- 24 April 2024 (possible second convening on 29 April 2024): Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting to approve the 2023 financial statements;
- 14 May 2024: Board of Directors meeting to approve the financial reporting at 31 March 2024;
- 30 July 2024: Board of Directors meeting to approve the half year financial report at 30 June 2024;
- 14 November 2024: Board of Directors meeting to approve the financial reporting at 30 September 2024.
A dividend relating to the financial year 2023 may be payable from 22 May 2024, with exdividend date 20 May 2024 (record date 21 May 2024).
