Milan, 18 June 2015. A2A announces that over the past few days the Company and LGH have signed a letter of intent initiating a joint discussion table aimed at assessing possible partnership operations of an industrial nature.
At the end of these talks (which will continue for around two months) if the necessary conditions exist the parties can agree their interest in continuing or otherwise with the arrangement.
LGH additionally announces that its board of directors has approved the setting up of an internal working group to carry out a detailed technical assessment into a listing on the stock market at the same time as talks are taking place with A2A.
