A2A awarded two consip lots for the supply of natural gas to public administrations across Lombardy

The award covers a potential supply volume of 290 million standard cubic metres (Smc) of natural gas per year

Milan, 31 July 2026 – A2A, through its subsidiary A2A Energia – the Group's retail company operating nationwide in the sale of electricity, natural gas, energy efficiency solutions and e-mobility services – has been awarded two lots under CONSIP Tender ID 2958 for the supply of natural gas to Italian public administrations.

Following completion of the tender process, CONSIP awarded Lot 2 (the provinces of Milan and Lodi) and Lot 3 (Lombardy, excluding the provinces of Milan and Lodi) to A2A Energia. With this result, the company of the Group led by Chief Executive Officer Renato Mazzoncini further strengthens its presence in the public sector and confirms itself as a leading energy provider for public administration customers across the Lombardy region.

The award covers a potential annual supply volume of 290 million standard cubic metres (Smc) of natural gas. The framework agreement will become available to eligible public bodies from October 2026, with individual supply contracts having a duration of either 12 or 24 months.
