Milan, 30 January 2024 – A2A announces that the Board of Directors meeting aimed at approving the 2023 Consolidated financial statement and draft financial statements has been rescheduled from 15 to 11 march 2024.
The Strategic Plan 2024-2035 will be subject to approval by the Board of Directors on the same date.
