Milan, 30 September 2015 – A2A announces that it has been agreed with LGH a deferral until 5 October 2015 of the deadline stated in the letter of intent, signed on 8 June 2015 and extended on 30 July 2015, relating to joint discussions aimed at assessing possible business partnership operations.
