Milan, 29 March 2017 – A2A announces that Amendment of Shareholders’ Agreements was signed today with the Government of Montenegro for the management of the company EPCG.
Today Amendment of Shareholders’ Agreements is valid for additional 6 months, until 30th of June 2017, with the right of Put Option exercise from the 1th of July until 30th of September.
A2A precise that all the other terms and conditions are not be modified.
