Milan, 2 March 2023 – In relation to the news appeared on the press referring to a possible acquisition of the company Egea, A2A informs that during last week - solecited by the major shareholders of Egea itself - the Company has limited itself to start preliminary and interlocutory talks which are by all means non-binding to A2A.
