Milan, 8 February 2012 – A2A S.p.A. announces that Chairman Giuliano Zuccoli has decided for personal reasons to resign from all of the positions he has held within the Group.
Pursuant to the provisions of the corporate by-laws, the Supervisory Board will arrange for the appointment of a replacement.
Based on the existing structure of authority, the executive directors Renato Ravanelli, Director General of the Corporate and Market Area, and Paolo Rossetti, Director General of the Technical-Operational Area, are vested with the powers to manage the Company.
