15 April 2019 - AIM Vicenza S.p.A. , AGSM Verona S.p.A. and A2A S.p.A, toghether with AGSM-AGAM S.p.A, in accordance with the process letter issued by Ascopiave, have signed a joint non-binding offer and a letter of interest for the gas and power retail business and the gas distribution business respectively.
Moreover, AIM Vicenza S.p.A., AGSM Verona S.p.A. and A2A S.p.A, following the letter of intent signed on March 20th 2019, have signed a termsheet in order to study possible business opportunities and industrial synergies.
