With regard to the press reports published over the weekend concerning possible mergers involving A2A, the company announces that all development projects will be assessed in the upcoming months, as part of the Industrial Plan, where the Board of Directors will examine all the options on the basis of their industrial effectiveness, thereupon starting a discussion with the shareholders on the scenarios set out.
