Brescia, 22 september 2022 – At a meeting today, the Board of Directors passed a resolution, with the favourable opinion of the Board of Statutory Auditors, to appoint Mr. Luca Moroni as the manager in charge of the preparation of the corporate accounting documents, pursuant to Article 154-bis of Legislative Decree no. 59/98.
