Milan, 13 April 2026 – Notice is hereby given that, as of today, A2A S.p.A. has completed the acquisition of the 10% equity interest in Duereti S.r.l. held by e-distribuzione S.p.A., thereby becoming the owner of 100% of the shares of the target company, which is active in the distribution of electricity in certain municipalities of the provinces of Milan and Brescia. The transaction was carried out by applying the option mechanisms already provided for in the contractual documentation executed for the acquisition of the 90%
interest in Duereti.
