Milan, 8 July 2016 – A2A declares that it has agreed with the Linea Group shareholders on an extension through to 30 September 2016 of the terms envisaged by the contract within which the conditions precedent were to be met.
This extension will make it possible to complete the activities required prior to closing and ensure an optimal definition of the operating procedures for the implementation of the territories’ Multiutility model.
