Milan, 3 May 2017 – A2A S.p.A. reports that the independent director Michaela Castelli has today tendered his resignation as a member of the board of directors, as a result of acceptance of other professional obligations.
Mrs. Castelli therefore automatically terminates his position as Chairman of the Control and Risks Committee.
