Milan, April 27 th 2018 - Following the communication dated April 17 th 2018, A2A informs that the Parliament of Montenegro has approved today the agreement on the accelerated execution in two years (instead of the originally planned seven years) of the put option exercised by A2A on July 3 rd 2017 with respect to its entire stake in EPCG.
A2A and the Government of Montenegro entered into the agreement in the late afternoon.
