Proposal for the appointment

Milan, 28 May 2015 – Earlier today, the Municipality of Milan and the Municipality of Brescia communicated to A2A that it will submit a proposal to the forthcoming shareholders’ meeting (11-12 June 2015) for the appointment of Maria Elena Costanza Bruna Cappello as a director to take the place of Stefano Cao, who resigned on 29 April 2015.
