Milan, 13 November 2023 – Earlier today, the Municipality of Milan and the Municipality of Brescia communicated to A2A that it will submit a proposal to the forthcoming shareholders’ meeting (29-30 November 2023) for the appointment of Mario Gualtiero Francesco Motta as a director to take the place of Marco Emilio Angelo Patuano, who resigned on 28 July 2023.
