Milan, 15 October 2014 – At a meeting today, the Board of Directors passed a resolution, with the favourable opinion of the Board of Statutory Auditors, to appoint Mrs Rita Daniela Giupponi as the manager pro-tempore in charge of the preparation of the corporate accounting documents, pursuant to Article 154-bis of Legislative Decree no. 59/98.
