We are proud to have been officially included in the Bloomberg LP Gender Equality Index for 2021, one of 380 listed companies worldwide that have distinguished themselves in the promotion of gender policies.

The Diversity and Inclusion function works together with the Inclusion Team, a group of over 60 people, colleagues of different genders, with different backgrounds, levels of seniority, skills and company roles.
The team is organized in five topic areas: gender, sexual orientation and gender identity, generation, cultures and disability. Together, team members develop and promote projects that foster a culture of full expression of the individual characteristics of the people at A2A.

Contributing to change also means working with associations whose specific purpose is to foster diversity, such as Valore D and Parks – Liberi e Uguali.
Our undertaking to further inclusion and foster diversity is also concretely demonstrated in the signing of the Utilitalia Pact – Diversity makes the Difference, which promotes diversity management in corporate activities.
