At A2A, Corporate services mainly include governance, strategic direction, coordination and oversight of industrial operations, as well as services supporting the business and its operational activities.
More specifically, the Corporate functions are organised into: 

  • Dedicated departments: Administration, Finance and Control; Legal Affairs and Compliance; Regulatory Affairs and Competition; Communication, Sustainability and Regional Affairs; Digital & Innovation; Group Security & Cyber Defence; Internal Audit; People and Transformation; Public Affairs; Strategy and Growth.
  • Essential employee services: personnel administration, accounts receivable and payable processes, procurement of goods and services, and real estate management.
