At the heart of our leadership approach is Life&Me, the capabilities model that guides the development of our people and the Group's management population.

The Life&Me model defines the behaviours and capabilities we consider essential for addressing today's challenges and building A2A's future. It brings together three closely connected dimensions: Business, Relationships and People. A strong focus on sustainability connects these dimensions and shapes their distinctive characteristics.

Supporting New Managers at A2A

Level Up: tools, tutoring and peer exchange to succeed in a new role

Taking responsibility for a team for the first time is a significant milestone in a person's professional journey.

To support this transition, we created Level Up, a managerial development programme designed for managers taking on an organisational leadership role at A2A for the first time. The programme focuses on what it means to be a manager within a Life Company.

It is designed to provide practical tools, methods and opportunities for discussion, helping participants approach their new responsibilities with confidence and awareness.

The programme explores the core managerial capabilities defined by the Life&Me model.

Training sessions, tutoring and opportunities for peer exchange enable participants to consolidate their learning and apply it in their day-to-day work.

Life Manager Evolution: continuous learning to lead change

We continue to support the Group's managers throughout every stage of their professional journey.

Life Manager Evolution is the programme dedicated to the ongoing development of managerial capabilities. It is designed to help managers evolve in their role while fostering the growth and development of the people in their teams.

The programme combines listening sessions, training, in-depth learning opportunities and practical support tools that encourage the application of new knowledge and provide opportunities to discuss emerging leadership challenges.

Its objective is to nurture a leadership approach that can embrace change, drive innovation, unlock people's potential, and generate a positive, inclusive impact across the organisation.
