Financial Calendar

A2A annual calendar of corporate events for each financial year, which coincides with the calendar year, is approved by the Board of Directors usually by the end of the previous year and made public within 30 days from the close of the previous financial year, in accordance with Borsa Italiana Rules.

A2A consolidated accounts for the first and third quarters are published within 45 days after the end of each quarter, the half-year financial report within 60 days after the end of the half-year, and the annual financial report within 120 days after the end of the year and, in any case, at least 21 days before the date of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders.

Unlike in previous years, the preliminary consolidated results for the 2025 financial year will not be submitted to the Board of Directors for review in February.
