Milan, 14 November 2025 – The 2026 Financial Calendar of A2A S.p.A. is detailed below:
- March 17, 2026: Board of Directors for approval of the draft financial statements and the 2025 consolidated financial statements;
- April 28, 2026 (second call, if applicable, April 29, 2026): Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting for approval of the 2025 financial statements;
- May 14, 2026: Board of Directors for approval of financial reporting at March 31, 2026;
- July 30, 2026: Board of Directors for approval of the Half-Year Report at June 30, 2026;
- 10 November 2026: Board of Directors for approval of financial reporting at September 30, 2026.
Any dividend related to the 2025 financial year may be paid starting from 20 May 2026, with the ex-dividend date on 18 May 2026 (record date: 19 May 2026).
It should be noted that, unlike in previous years, the preliminary consolidated results for the 2025 financial year will not be submitted to the Board of Directors for review in February.
