Milan, 22 February 2017 – With reference to the 2017 Financial Calendar, sent on 29 December 2016, A2A informs that the Board of Directors meeting on the preliminary consolidated results for 2016 will be held on 27 February 2017.

Therefore, the new 2017 Financial Calendar of the Company is the following:

27 February 2017: Board of Directors meeting on the preliminary consolidated results for 2016;
3 April 2017: Board of Directors meeting to approve the 2016 draft annual and consolidated financial statements;
10 May 2017: Board of Directors meeting to approve the financial reporting at 31 March 2017;
15 May 2017 (possible second convening on 16 May 2017): Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting to approve the 2016 financial statements;
31 July 2017: Board of Directors meeting to approve the half year financial report at 30 June 2017;
13 November 2017: Board of Directors meeting to approve the financial reporting at 30 September 2017.
