The values that guide our choices

Ethics and governance: our commitment to responsible sustainability

We base our sustainability journey on strong principles of ethics, transparency and responsibility. Sustainability governance is grounded in a structured system of policies, controls and safeguards that guide strategic and operational decisions, ensuring proper business conduct in line with the highest international standards. Through the Code of Ethics, anti-corruption and human rights policies, and control and reporting mechanisms, we promote a corporate culture based on integrity, stakeholder protection and the creation of sustainable long-term value.

Our values: rights, ethics and transparency

Human rights, ethics and anti-corruption

Human rights, integrity and ethics are essential elements for sustainable and responsible long-term growth. Promoting a corporate culture based on legality, transparency and accountability guides our strategic choices and shapes the behaviour of people operating across the entire value chain.

Through the Code of Ethics, the Human Rights Policy and anti-corruption safeguards, we define a clear framework of values, rules and expectations aimed at protecting human dignity, promoting equal opportunities and preventing all forms of discrimination, forced labour and child labour. These principles apply not only to our direct activities, but also to relationships with suppliers, partners and other entities in the value chain, with the aim of fostering fair, safe and respectful working conditions aligned with fundamental rights.

We adopt control systems, due diligence procedures and assessment tools aimed at preventing and mitigating social and ethical risks, including those related to human rights and corruption. In this context, particular attention is paid to identifying areas most exposed to potential critical issues and to monitoring behaviours, with a view to prevention and continuous improvement. We also provide reporting mechanisms that allow any non-compliant behaviour to be reported confidentially and securely, strengthening a climate of trust and shared accountability.

Our commitment is framed within a reference system aligned with the main international standards and guidelines, confirming our intention to align our practices with globally recognized best practices. This approach enables us to strengthen trust-based relationships with stakeholders, contributing to the creation of shared value for the communities and territories in which we operate and reinforcing our reputation as a responsible and reliable operator.

Reporting and protection mechanisms

Protecting those who report misconduct

We provide all stakeholders with structured and accessible reporting mechanisms designed to facilitate the identification of behaviours or situations that are not compliant with the principles of the Code of Ethics, the Human Rights Policy and the Anti-Corruption Policy.
Through the whistleblowing system, managed via a dedicated platform, reports can also be submitted anonymously, in full respect of the confidentiality of the reporter’s identity and of the individuals involved. We guarantee protection against any form of retaliation or discrimination and ensure a reporting management process based on impartiality, transparency and traceability, thereby strengthening a corporate culture focused on integrity, legality and accountability.
